Alpha Management Company and Barnes Real Estate Services merged on April 1, 2000, forming Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services, a leader in real estate management services, multi-family community development and land development. This merger joined two companies that shared similar goals, and allowed them to combine the expertise of their long-term loyal real estate professionals who offer cutting-edge proficiency in an ever-changing Texas market.

Since 1967, the principals of Alpha-Barnes through various entities have developed over 65 multi-family communities consisting of approximately 20,000 units. Alpha-Barnes currently owns or manages approximately 75 communities with a total unit count of over 13,000 units. Our focus is on development, construction, property management and financial modeling expertise in acquiring and adding value to select multi-family properties, new and existing, primarily in the Texas markets. In accomplishing this mission, we have three primary goals:
