Connie Quillen started her career in property management in 1991 as a property manager for a small real estate company in Hawaii .

After relocating to Texas, she spent five years working with the Travis County Housing Authority with responsibility for Public Housing and then as the Director of Assisted Housing.

Connie joined Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services in 2001 and was promoted to Regional Supervisor in 2003.

Connie's experience with Public Housing and Section 8 makes her invaluable to clients with difficult to manage properties with high levels of rental assistance.

Education/Accreditations

• Connie holds a broker's license in the State of Texas
• Connie also has received the designation of Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Section 8 Housing Manager (SHM) and Public Housing Manager (PHM)
• HCCP designation in 2004
