Linda began her career in property management in 1985 in Dallas where she worked with several different management firms and worked with conventional apartments, subsidized and affordable apartments and multiple homeowner associations as well as overseeing lease up for new construction. In 1990 she joined a national property management company as a Regional Property Supervisor specializing in affordable housing with funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. During her tenure Linda won awards for over $500,000 in Federally Assisted Low-Income Housing Drug Elimination Program Grants. In August, 2000 she joined Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services and is currently responsible for a portfolio of eleven properties throughout the Dallas, Austin and San Antonio areas which include 202/811 housing for the elderly and disabled, section 8 and tax credits. |
