Anna Melson
Senior Property Supervisor
Anna Melson started her career in property management in 1989 in Dallas with a large owner/developer of USDA Farmers Home Administration Section 515 projects in Texas.
In 1993, an acquisition landed Anna at Alpha Management as a Regional Property Supervisor and in 2000 a similar merger continued her employment at the newly-formed Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services. During this 15 years of experience, Anna has acted as a Regional Supervisor with responsibility for USDA properties, properties with Section 8 rental assistance and, over the past 10 years, has evolved into an excellent compliance specialist with regard to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the HOME Program.
She also specialized in new lease-ups of affordable housing properties and senior properties.
