Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services, a ten year young company, specializes in management, multi-family investment and development. We offer a unique combination of experience and core values to help you reach your goals.

Alpha-Barnes through various entities have developed over 75 multi-family communities consisting of approximately 20,000 units. Alpha-Barnes currently owns or manages approximately 85 communities with a total unit count of over 12,000 units. Our focus is on development, construction, and property management of multi-family properties, new and existing, primarily in the Texas markets.
